Red Wing Shoe Company, Inc. ("Red Wing") is seeking stories about
hard-working Americans and what they have worked on or accomplished in their
Red Wing® boots. By submitting a story, I agree to receive emails
and special offers from Red Wing Shoe Company. By submitting a story, I
grant Red Wing the right to use my story, photographs, submitted material,
name, and likeness ("Submission"), for any purpose, including marketing and
promotional activities, anywhere in the world and in any media. If I submit
a Submission on behalf of someone else, I have the right to grant Red Wing
permission to use that Submission and the name and likeness of the
individual featured in the Submission.
Red Wing will select a limited number of Submissions for possible
recognition on the Red Wing Wall of Honor. In connection with the Wall of
Honor selection process, Red Wing may seek additional materials from me,
including recorded interviews, photographs, videos, letters, or other
material, and content created by Red Wing related to my Submission
(collectively, "Contributions"). Contributions become part of my Submission.
I grant Red Wing the same rights to Contributions as granted above, and I
represent that I have the right to do so.
Selection, use, and display of the Submissions are at Red Wing's sole
discretion. Red Wing has no obligation to use or promote any such
Submissions or to exercise any of the rights given by this consent. Red Wing
may cease use and remove any Submissions at any time in its sole discretion.
I release Red Wing from any claims, losses, damages or liabilities incurred
by me related to Red Wing's use of the Submissions within the scope of this
consent. This release is binding upon me, my heirs, legal representatives,
assigns, transferees, and successors in interest.
