In addition to our Red Wing Stores, our customer service team is on standby at 1-800-RED-WING for additional support and to accept phone-in orders for both Consumer and Employer-sponsored safety footwear program transactions for all brands (Red Wing Work + Heritage, Irish Setter, Worx and Vasque).
For employer-sponsored safety footwear programs, our representatives will be able to deliver a similar level of service over the phone as you might expect in-store as it relates to helping you choose the right footwear from your company-approved assortment and to transact using a credit card or industrial voucher.
