Rated 4 out of 5 by comfort I have been wearing these boots for about 10 years. To bad the local academy stopped carrying red wing . Now I need to drive about 40 miles to get a new pair . But I am not going to complain about that .Just glad I can still get my hands on them or should I say feet. Keep up the good work guys at RED WING April 18, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by Boots not durable This is my second pair. Although they are very comfortable the boots just don't hold up.. I got a year out of the first pair I bought before the sole gave out on the right boot. And only nine months before the left boot sole failed on the second pair. I was always a wolverine boot fan, but after advise to try red wings from a coworker I tried in short, if a year or less is okay for a work boots then these are comfortable...but for the money they should hold up longer... Rated 5 out of 5 by Great boot Got a pair of these boots a while back. Approx. 5 months ago. They are a great boot for being in the woods, mud, water, and any other outdoor surface. March 8, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great work boots Like everyone else I wear 432's in winter and 435's in summer. Purchased first pair 5 years ago and been satisfied. After two winters or two summers sometimes sooner are ready to be replaced. Always trying different boots from different manufacturers but never as comfortable as the king toe. November 27, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by You'll love them Probably the best work boot I've ever owned. Extremely comfortable. Great ankle support. Waterproofing that ACTUALLY works. Very high quality and durable. Nothing to dislike. November 16, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Greatest Boots Ever I have worked in trades all my life, my foreman wore these when I was a young guy and I didn't think there was a difference in boots when your just tearing them up at a jobsite. After 2 bad knees, 2 back surgeries, and about 15 pairs of boots from all different reputable companies..... I finally got some for my birthday. These boots are awesome, I have had them for 1 1/2 years and they have got some definite wear. I have not had an issue with the soles or fit. These have been the most comfortable boots in the heat, cold, and every type of sharp, hard, slippery, horrible, worst case scenario piece of earth I could walk in - these boots have kept me comfortable and dry. My birthdays coming up, I'll be bying another pair, but I'm sure to keep wearing the old ones just the same. July 21, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Greatest Boot for Construction I have been purchasing this boot for the past 6 years or so, almost the point where I don't know what I would do if it were ever to be discontinued except purchase the remain stock I like them so much. I’ve been in the trades for several years wearing many different types of Red Wing boots until I came across this pair (recommended to me by Steve himself @ The Shoe Box). This boot stands up to name, specs and hold up to every condition I've ever been in wet, dry, hot and cold you name it. Each pair of boot last me roughly 1 to 1.25 years. With this boot I have never had any craftsmanship quality issue. Matter a fact the only time I have to go back to my dealer is to purchase another set just because I had physically warn the soles right out of them. I typically wear a 10 to 10.5 wide / D shoe. However for this boot I purchase a 12 D but also because I add an extra in sole cushion to it for extreme long hours of comfort wearing. June 23, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Most comfortable boot ever owned.... I have nothing negative about this boot. Fits nice, is extremely comfortable. I only wish it came with a cleaning and care booklet. I've had them almost 6 months and they seam to asorm whet ever falls on the, oil, greese, even water is now leaving spots. My local dealer doesn't seam to know the proper care for this boot.
