Rated 5 out of 5 by These boot last with proper care I've had mine of this style for 27 years. Average wear of a few times a week back when I bought them in high school. More recently used more around horses and if doing any work that might risk the toes being crushed. If you take proper care if these (cleaning, polishing, oiling), they won't let you down. Rated 5 out of 5 by They really last I've had my 968s for over a year now. I wear them 50% of the time, as I use them for motorcycling and even as my winter boot. I wear them straight through the workday without any discomfort. You've got to keep the leather conditioned for them to stay in good shape, but that is true of any leather product. I went with my normal shoe size. Initially they felt tight and I almost went to a different size, but once they broke in, the fit became absolutely perfect. I considered a few other brands, but in the end, these were the best value, especially since I waited until I had a 10% off coupon. I plan to heave these for years to come, and they seem to be up for the challenge :) November 22, 2014
