Rated 4 out of 5 by Solid Boot, Stretches quick Great work boot. It didn't last extremely long, although i did work in concrete where boots hardly last long at all because of the dry conditions. Perfect soles that didn't leave any dirt behind. My only real fault was that on first try they were the most comfortable boot I ever had the privilege of trying on , but after about a month they had stretched so much that they were no longer that comfortable. Not uncomfortable, but felt too loose for my preference. If i did it again, id buy half a size down. January 24, 2015

For most guys they will last several years, we usually wear them out in 6-18 months and need a new pair because of the intense heat. They are uninsulated, the soles don't fall off because they are sewed on, and the soles are mostly flat, making them the perfect boot at a good price. December 10, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Hard sole I ve only worn Red Wing insulted boot until 2013 and I tried non insulated 952 , and after a year they are still hard as a rock ,even with insoles for cushion , the top of my feet rub the roof of the boot , never again . Rated 4 out of 5 by good work boot I have two pairs of 952. These boots are perfect for me in my welding shop. They are well made, non insulated and light weight. I keep them waxed so they look good for in town. Got first pair five years ago for$65,now $270?. I LOVE these boots sole still excellent. I like minimal seams in my boots. Next purchase heritage chukka, perfect! September 17, 2014
