Rated 5 out of 5 by Best asphalt paving boots My family owns an asphalt paving business and we all buy these boots because we know they are the best. For most guys they will last several years, we usually wear them out in 6-18 months and need a new pair because of the intense heat. They are uninsulated, the soles don't fall off because they are sewed on, and the soles are mostly flat, making them the perfect boot at a good price. December 10, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Hard sole I ve only worn Red Wing insulted boot until 2013 and I tried non insulated 952 , and after a year they are still hard as a rock ,even with insoles for cushion , the top of my feet rub the roof of the boot , never again .
