Rated 5 out of 5 by So Its Made In CHINA Made in china , yes they are and i have had this pair boots for 3 or 4 years and will continue to wear the for many to come i also have a red wing dealer down the street from my house should the sole ever wear out he can put a new Vibram sole on these but with that said he's old and might die before the soles give out."sorry jim". i put mink oil on them twice a year and they get better looking every time i do the leather is thick and the boots feel great on pavement and in the woods. the only thing i might recommend is if you drive alott then tie them loose until you get to the upper part of the boot so you will have a little more movement in youre ankles. oh and not once has anybody ever sad anything about theese boots being made in china most people dont even know RW now has boots made there i feel there products are as good as ever and i also feel that if if wasnt a solid boot it wouldnt say red wing. thanks guys for the bomb shelters on my feet. Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Value The 620 logger boot is perfect for anyone working in the bush! I work and extensive silviculture season I could not ask for a better boot. Handle abrasion very well. Waterproofing is good, not on par with gore-tex obviously, but with treatment it is sufficient. March 20, 2014
