Rated 5 out of 5 by Quality. Went into Red Wing three years ago looking for a pair of boots that would last me more that the average boot, which would have been about 6-8 month for me in the past. The salesman did the foot bed test and sized me up for these boots. the first few months I wasn't totally sold they seemed to hurt my feet although I was wearing traction aids at the time which could have been some of the issue. Today ( three years later ) the boots are still my primary boot and the only reason I'm looking for new ones is they are a little getting a little colder than they use to be and they have started to let moisture seep in a bit. I stand in puddles all day and treat them with no respect at all and they have made me a believer in the Red Wing product. I feel that after the breaking period and with more attention than I have given them that would have no issues lasting four to five years with heavy use. Just my opinion but I would recommend Red Wings to any tradesman who I respect. November 23, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 Worst boots ever Leather isn't holding up very well after first 2 weeks. Are not comfortable, they are the cause of a huge blister on the ball of my heel and calouses on the back of both heels. Waited to long to return. I've worn these for total of 20 days over the last 3-4 months. Was giving them a chance to " break in". Not happy with this purchase. Unfortunately my 30 day return deadline has expired. I don't think I would buy again. September 8, 2014
