Rated 4 out of 5 by logger a really good boot only thing you need to put the red wing arch inserts in them boot and your ready to roll only problem I had with them is in the winter I work with a lot of brine water and when they dry the leather on the boots shrink and crack and when they crack they leak so that is the only problem I have had with them February 8, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by logger this boot is very comfortable and the insulation is light enough that I am able to wear them year round. one thing I would like to see improved is the wear characteristics of the sole they seem to be far too soft causing them to wear out to the point that the sole has almost no tread on it just smooth, for $436 I would like the soles to last a bit longer January 24, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Boots I work as a laborer for a Masonry Company and have tried many boots. These boots are awesome, a little heavy but had know that before I purchased them. So true that the break in is minimal and my feet didn't hurt at all during the first week. For 425 dollars I wish the local Red Wing Dealer would have thrown in a can of boot protector or toe guards but no biggy as I am super happy with these boots. Free cleaning twice a year and free laces are a plus. I really go through boots every 8 to 10 months and will update around this time to let you all know how they fair in the long term. Rated 1 out of 5 by I use to love these boots. I've had 4 pairs of these boots. First one was fine (12 years ago). The subsequent boots.... Quality is gone. Attention to detail is gone. The boots fall apart. I'm moving on and getting boots that are made to last. Your brand is over. Guys who know what matters are jumping ship and have been for the past 8 years. I wish I had paid more attention and moved on as well sooner. Peace. January 18, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by best boot i have ever bought This is the first time i bought a boot from red wing and i am amazed. Usually when i buy a new boot my feet hurt the first week while breaking them in (walmart boots) but these boots, the 4415, did not hurt my feet. It feels like im walking on marsh mellows. They are heavy but my feet dont hurt. These are really heavy duty boots and so freaking comfortable. I am very pleased with my purchase November 11, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by great boots I used to install cable for Time Warner Cable. I bought these to take the telephone pole climbing class. These are the best boots I have ever used for climbing up telephone poles. The steel shanks really work well. I weigh 265 lbs and I can stand on top of a pole for over 1/2 an hour without my feet becoming sore. August 4, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Boots Great Service I bought a pair of 4415's about 3 weeks ago at my local Red Wing Shoe store and they did not have any in stock which was fine by me. They were ordered I picked them up 8 days later and brought them home. When I was tying them for the first time one of the lace hooks broke so I brought them back to the store they ordered me a new pair and I got to keep the defective ones until my new ones came great service shown and a great pair of boots.
