Q: Who can register for Shoe U?
for the Red Wing Shoe Enterprise
Employees of our distribution partners are eligible to participate in Shoe U upon Red Wing Shoes sales team approval. Your Red Wing Shoe store number or customer account number is required in order to register.
Q: How does the registration process work?
Once we confirm your information with your Red Wing Shoes representative, your registration is approved and processed. You will receive an email notifying you that your registration is active and you have 24/7 access to Shoe U.
Q: What if one of my employees leaves my company?
It is important to deactivate the Shoe U license for any employee that permanently leaves your company. Most managers have the ability to do this on their own. Log in to Shoe U. Go to the My Team tab and uncheck the Active box in the employee’s profile. Managers without a My Team tab should email ShoeU@redwingshoes.com and provide the learner's first name, last name and your Red Wing Shoes Customer number.
