Rated 2 out of 5 by Extremely comfortable, but..... Returned these boots yesterday, after wearing 5 days a week for four and a half months. The stitches around each heel came undone. The sales person wanted to have them repaired, I requested, under the terms of the warranty, to get a full refund & get a pair assembled in the U.S. August 10, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Owned them for one year I ride motorcycles everyday wearing these. I have a desk job, wear them 7 days a week. I have noticed no problems with mine. They are very comfortable. That's my two cents! April 23, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Wow, I guess I should've done more research before buying... I've been wearing Redwing boots since the late 90's and have always been pleased with the performance, comfort, and durability...but these boots are simply awful. I've only been wearing them for about 7 months as a QC inspector (basically all I do is walk around and watch other folks work) and they're already coming apart at the seams. Pitiful. I'm going to box mine up and take them back to my local store to see what they can do for me. April 13, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Fell apart sooner than expected. I also bought a pair of these mid 2013. So I have had them longer than the other reviewer. But they are coming apart at the front. They are comfortable. But I have had $60 boots from Fred Meyer outlast these and in worse conditions. Used to be a tradesman on construction sites all day. These boots only saw a couple months at Boeing and some light work around the yard. I very much hope they will honor some sort of warranty. I really thought Red Wing was known for quality. Rated 1 out of 5 by Redwing chukka boots equal failure Have always used Redwing pull-up boots (steel toe) decided on the chukka style for comfort and style . After about one month of general use (construction) project manager ...the seams started to rip and split ...disappointed to say the least. March 27, 2014
