Rated 5 out of 5 by great shoe long lasting Bought this shoe 2 years ago very comfy and light weight had to add gel insole 8 months ago but shoe held up great work in truck repair industry and this was the longest lasting shoe yet. Been in industry for 30+ years and seen many shoes in that time redwings are the best i have found. February 2, 2015
Rated 2 out of 5 by Wore out after 7 months of use I bought this boots about 7 months ago. Probably my 4th pair of hikers from redwing in 7 years. Usually I get around 18 months from there hiker boots. But not these. The sole wore out so fast now it's like having s "slick" tire on your feet. I have hand red wings for over 10 years and would continue to buy their boots just not these. January 31, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great shoes for any condition and industry I don't beat up my boots like some people do, as my job is in a different industry. I will say these shoes are pretty comfortable and don't feel heavy when walking around. They are great when you work for an awesome electric car company and need shoes to avoid your feet from getting crushed by batteries, drive units, wheels/tires or rolling pallet jacks. The waterproof feature is great when you live in an area that gets snow and you might have to go in it or rain. These boots don't seem to slip easily on most surfaces I've walked on so far. They are a little bulky, but that is expected of a boot with such high quality. So harder to drive a car with, but better for protecting your feet from getting smashed. I'll trade anything for safety any day. January 14, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great boot. I wear these boots sometimes 20 hours a day. This was my first pair of Red Wings, I'll never wear another brand. Highly recommend, December 27, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Boots I have had a pair of these boot for 2 years now. I wear them pretty much everyday. They have been through floods, snow, construction, mud, Ect. They have lasted though all that for 2 years. I still own these boot and am going to buy another pair soon. I highly recommend getting to insoles for these boots. May 20, 2014
