Rated 1 out of 5 by Hoped for the best. Got the worst Had these for 5 months and they are falling apart. I've had other company's work hikers and the boot itself is fine even once the toe wears away. These didn't even get a chance to wear out the toe. I am really disappointed and expected more from redwing. January 5, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by I just keep buying this boot This is the best redwing boot I have found. My work pays for half of my work boots and when this boot first came out I bought a pair of them through that. They were only on the list of boots my work payed for on the first year they came out but I keep buying them because they are so good im on my 3rd pair of these. I've had lots of 2408's and thats a nice boot but the 6670 is so light and comfortable My only con on these boots is I wish they were made in the USA and I would like an aluminum toe so they don't get and stay cold in the winterI work outside in a railroad yard and these boots are the best I have found to walk all day on concrete or large sharp rocks December 27, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by my feet couldn't be happier I picked up my first pair of Red Wing work boots today, went with the 6670 due to my needs and the reviews given by other purchasers. I can say that these are ABSOLUTELY THE BEST WORK BOOTS I HAVE EVER PURCHASED. The salesman was very helpful, in fact the time in this store was shorter than my morning stop at Micky-D's that morning. If you are looking for new work boots that will also serve as medium weight hikers than the 6670 is where you should start your search. Red Wing has another customer for life!! June 5, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Crazy good This is my first pair of Red Wing work boots. Previously I have worn out two pair of athletic safety toe shoes (the 2234? Can't remember). These boots have been put to some pretty good abuse over the last two years. I moved from a shop floor job to farming / conservation management, so the salesman strongly suggested the 6670. Though hesitant about the price, I did it. Today I just finished working three days of a rainy music festival. My boots are soaking wet. I am soaking wet. My feet are dry and warm. They don't hurt. I have rarely had a pair of shoes I look forward to putting on, but these I do. One suggestion is to get the blue insoles. They do make a difference, at least for me. April 19, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by My favorite pair of boots I have had 3 pairs of Red wing boots and these a far and away my favorite! They fit and feel better than any of my tennis shoes. I can be on my feet all day and my legs and knees still feel good. I have worn these to work and on the trail on the weekends. They have never hurt me! May 1, 2014
